I took this video while traveling in Princeton, NJ a while back. Micawber was a great book store. The store had a Harry Potter book signed by JK Rowling! Unfortunately, the store closed a few months ago. It will be missed. I think the property was occupied by Princeton University.

For years Jersey City had been seriously lacking in its number of book stores. The few stores that existed in neighboring areas all closed and were soon replaced. For a while it felt like the only way any book lover was going to find a book store was to travel into New York City and walk to the nearest Barnes & Noble or independent book store. Recently, however, a new book store opened in the downtown Jersey City area that many people are still discovering for the first time. The shop is called WORD Book Store, a shop that originally had only one location in Greenpoint Brooklyn but has now spread into Jersey City where the staff at WORD are proud and hopeful of the future for this book store.
